Demonstration days start from 10.00 a.m. onwards. On arrival you are greeted with freshly brewed coffee and AGA baking. Katy starts the themed demonstration at 10.30 a.m. finishing about 12.30, when the foods which have been cooked are served in the dining room for an informal luncheon, complete with glass of wine. You will also receive a recipe file of all the dishes cooked at the demonstration.
